LAUNDRY VOUCHER


Laundry Voucher refer contain the laundry services that the hotel may offer to the guests.It also contain the NAME OF THE GUEST, HIS/HER ROOM NUMBER, THE ITEMS, AND THE AMOUNTS OF EACH SEVICES.

ROOM STATUS REPORT



This report gives a summary view of all the active rooms in the hotel and their current housekeeping and room status. The report is grouped by housekeeping status, then room status and lists all the rooms by room number that are currently in those statuses. The report is meant to provide the housekeeping department with a one page (most locations) current view of rooms in the hotel.

PACK LUGGAGE

Guest: (will open the door)

Valet: Good morning ma'am I'm Glyzette Almeyda your valet runner and I am here to pack your luggage.Ma'am where is your luggage?

Guest: Over there!

Valet: (After packing the luggage)Ma'am if you're ready to check out and if you need assistance, just call to housekeeping department and look for me Glyzette Almeyda yourvalet runner.

Guest: Okay thank you.

Valet: Okay ma'am it's my pleasure.Have a nice day, thank you!

IRONING DRESS





                       Step1: Turn the dress inside out.

                       Step2: Insert the dress into the ironing board.

                       Step3: Iron all parts that has double thickness.

                       Step4: Iron the pockets.

                       Step5: Iron the seams and hem.

                       Step6: Iron around the body of the cloth.

                       Step7: Turn the dress to its right side and iron the shoulders.

                       Step8: Iron the body of the dress.

                       Step9: Hang the dress.

IRONING PANTS






                           Step1: Put an ironing shoe onto the flat iron.

                           Step2: Turn the pants inside out.

                           Step3: Iron the pockets.

                           Step4: Iron the seams and waist band.

                           Step5: Turn the pants to its right side.

                           Step6: Insert the pants into the ironing board.

                           Step7: Pull out the pockets and iron the waist line.

                           Step8: Iron around the zipper ,hooks and buttons.

                           Step9: Take hold the hemline and line up the seams of the legs.

                           Step10: Lay the pants on the ironing board.

                           Step11: Fold the upper into three.

                           Step12: Iron from the thigh line to hemline.

                           Step13: Unfold and iron the upper leg.

                           Step14: Turn the pants over and repeat the same procedure.

                           Step15: Hang the pants.

IRONING SHIRT






                      Step1: Turn the shirt inside out.

                      Step2: Flatten the collar into the ironing board.

                      Step3: Iron the back side of the collar.

                      Step4: Turn the shirt over and iron the front side of the collar.

                      Step5: Lay the sleeve on the ironing board and stretch  the fabric.

                      Step6: Iron around the sleeve.

                      Step7: Insert the shirt into the ironing board.

                      Step8: Iron the shirt from top to bottom.

                      Step9: Turn the shirt to its right side and hang.

IRONING LONG SLEEVE




                                       Step1: Iron the collar.

                                       Step2: Iron the sleeve.

                                       Step3: Iron the right side of the body.

                                       Step4: Iron the back of the shirt.

                                       Step5: Iron the back side of the body.

                                       Step6: Hang.

Housekeeping Department: Right away,is there anything she ask for?

Housekeeping Department: Okay,no problem.















Valet: (knock! knock! knock!) housekeeping!

Valet: Where do you want your laptop to be set up ma'am?

Guest: Over there.

Valet: Ma'am are you familiar with how to set up this equipment?

Guest: I think the one i'm using is quite different,it's better to show me how to.

Valet: I will provide you with the written instruction here's your manual ma'am.

Guest: Thank you very much.

Valet: Just in case you're unsure that you're doing the right thing or not please refer to your manual and if you are free just call housekeeping department.

Valet: Do you have any questions ma'am?

Guest: I think I get it ,thank you.

Valet: Would you like to try it by yourself ma'am?

Guest: Sure,okay I think I get it,thank you.

Valet: Please be sure to plug your charger until 220 volts only and also avoid having liquid on your item and also avoid immediately using your item after moving it to cold place or warm place.

Guest: okay.

Valet: Is there anything that you need ma'am?

Guest: Nothing.

Valet: Okay,have a great day ma'am!

Housekeeper: Good day ma'am/sir , this is Gyzette Almeyda from housekeeping department , how may I help you.

Guest: Oh! Good morning I am Jose Marie Viceral from room 201 and I am planning to go swimming but I don't have towel , can you provide a towel for me?

Housekeeper: Okay ma'am,what time would you want me to deliver your request?

Guest: I want you to deliver it after five minutes.

Housekeeper: Okay ma'am Jose Marie Viceral from room 201 you requested a towel to be deliver after 5 minutes.

*PROVIDE*

Housekeeper: (knock! knock! knock!)

Guest: (Open the door)

Housekeeper: Good morning ma'am I am Glyzette Almeyda from housekeeping department and I am here to deliver your request.Here's your towel ma'am,do you want me to put it there ma'am?

VALET-BUTLER SEVICE



Valet: Good morning ma'am, welcome to Lavly's Hotel. I will be your valet runner, can I carry your luggage ma'am?

Guest: Sure thank you.

Valet: This way ma'am, Is there any fragile items here in your luggage ma'am?

Guest: Well yes, so be careful on handling it.

Valet: Of course ma'am, it's my pleasure is this your first time here in our hotel ma'am?

Guest: Yes!

Valet: Oh! ma'am we have two kinds of swimming pool here ,one is for adults and the another one is for children.We also have a spa here ma'am where you can relax your body and located at the second floor.We also have a restaurant here ma'am which is also located at the second floor.

Guest: What kinds of food are available there in your restaurant?

Valet: Italian food,Korean food,Japanese food and especially Filipino food are available there ma'am.

Guest: Oh! that's great, I like it!

Valet: We're already here in your room ma'am, can I borrow your key?

Guest: (give the key)

Valet: (turn on the lights) This way ma'am,Where do you want me to put your luggage ma'm?

Guest: Over there!

Valet: Ma'am if there are any problem just call housekeeping department and look for me Glyzette Almeyda your valet, Enjoy your stay ma'am! thank you!

Valet: Would you like me to unpack your luggage ma'am?

Guest: Sure

Valet:(will unpack) your luggage have no damage ma'am,would you like me to hang your clothes?

Guest: No, just put it in the cabinet.

Valet: (put the clothes in the cabinet) Is there anything that I can do for you ma'am?

Guest: Oh Nothing!

Valet: Okay thank you ma'am,If you need anything, just call housekeeping department.

CLEAN PUBLIC AREAS



Sweep the lobby floor thoroughly.

Place appropriate signage to warn the guest before mopping lobby floor.

Mop with a damp cloth to remove all dust and dirt from the surface.

Buff the lobby once in a day also the dustbins and ashtrays are cleared time to time.

PARTS OF THE SHOE AND SHOE CLEANING


Step 1. Put down newspaper
>Put down some newspaper where you are going to work.

Step 2. Brush away dirt
>Take out the laces and use the shoe brush to remove any dirt from the exterior of your shoes.

Step 3. Wipe shoes down
>Wipe down your shoes with a damp clean cloth to make sure they're clean.

Step 4. Open the polish
>Open a canister of shoe polish.

Step 5. Ready the rag
>Wrap a clean rag around your index and middle fingers, making sure that the rag is tight against the pads of your fingertips.

Step 6. Apply polish
>Dip your rag-covered fingertips into the shoe polish and apply them to your shoe with a circular motion, about one to two inches in diameter.

Step 7. Spit
>Spit on your shoe where you've just applied polish.

Step 8. Rub
>Rub the polish into your shoe with your rag-coated fingers, moving them in a circular motion.

Step 9. Watch the swirls
>As you rub the polish, you will notice "swirls" appearing in the polished areas.

Step 10. Apply, wet, and rub the polish on all the other leather areas, until the whole shoe has had a layer of polish applied.

Step 11. Add more layers
Add more layers of polish to your shoe, each time using less polish, until your shoes are mirror shiny.

Step 12. Brush lightly
>Brush the shoe very lightly with the shoe brush to bring out the best shine.

Step 13. Let them dry
>Re-lace the shoes and let them dry in a cool room or a shoe

LOADING HOUSEKEEPING TROLLEY






             Step 1: Make sure trolley is locked.

             Step 2: Dust shelves of the trolley including the laundry bag.

             Step 3: Guest room supplies and bath room amenities should be place on top shelf of the cart.

             Step 4: Folded towels and folded linens should be place on the second shelf of the trolley.

             Step 5: Cleaning chemicals and other tools should be place on the third shelf of the trolley.

             Step 6: Feather duster and cleaning cloth should be place on the bottom shelf of the trolley.

              Step 7: Basket or caddy should be place on the other side of the trolley.

              Step 8: Dustpan and soft broom should be place on the other side of the trolley.
